Personal data processing policy

What data we receive

When you submit the form, we receive your name, chosen contact channel, contact details, property criteria and comment. To understand the source of the enquiry, we may also retain the page address, UTM tags, advertising click identifiers (gclid, yclid, fbclid) and technical advertising parameters. Do not enter passport, payment or other sensitive information in the free-text field.

Your account and listings

Your account uses your name, email address and a protected representation of your password. The password is not stored in plain text. A technical cookie keeps you signed in. Your email address is used to sign in and is not displayed on the public property listing.

The listings and photographs you create are stored on the server so you can work across different devices. Unpublished listings and materials under review are accessible to their author and administrators. After review, the property description, photographs, price and features appear in the catalogue. Submit only materials you have the right to publish; do not include documents or other people’s personal contact details in descriptions or photographs.

Advertising pixels are not loaded in the account area. Actions involving listings and moderation decisions are recorded to track changes. For enquiries about access to, correction or deletion of account data, use the website operator’s contact channel listed above.

How we use the data

• to answer your enquiry and prepare a property shortlist;
• to verify the source, price, availability and terms of a specific offer;
• to link the enquiry to an advertising campaign and assess traffic quality;
• to protect the form against spam and technical abuse.

Which services are involved

The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, which may set the necessary security cookie __cf_bm. After an enquiry has been successfully submitted, the server sends its details to an agent through the Telegram Bot API. These services process data to the extent necessary to deliver the website and respond to the enquiry.

Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics/Google tag are connected only after separate consent to analytics has been given, and only if valid identifiers for our analytics tools are available. They may receive information about pages viewed, the advertising campaign, the device and whether a conversion occurred. Contact details, names and message text are not included in analytics events.

Addendum dated 18.10.2026: the website uses Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), which automatically sends a PageView event. It may process information about the page, device and advertising referral, and may use cookies. The website code does not add a name, telephone number, email address or enquiry text to this event.

Cookies and storage

After new consent that explicitly includes OpenAI, Measurement Pixel helps measure advertising in ChatGPT: it separately records clicks on the agent's Telegram/WhatsApp links and confirmed form submissions. Clicking a button does not mean an agent has received an enquiry. The website code does not add a name, telephone number, email address or enquiry text to these events. If automatic matching is enabled in Pixel, the SDK may detect supported contact details on the page, normalise them and send SHA-256 hashes for advertising matching; this mechanism does not send the original values. Events are sent with personalisation use disabled. Pixel uses cookies __oppref (for up to 30 days) and __obref (for up to 365 days). Declining analytics stops events from being sent and deletes these cookies.

Essential technical cookies are used for website security and operation. Your previously selected consent for OpenAI, Google and Yandex is saved in the browser. Meta Pixel operates automatically, without a pop-up notice. Your choice is saved in the browser and can be reset by clearing website data.

An enquiry is stored for as long as necessary to respond, support a transaction and comply with applicable requirements. If a transaction does not proceed, you can request deletion of your data through the contact channel above. We do not sell contact details or use them for mass messaging without separate consent.

Your choice

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and decline optional analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent you from submitting the form or receiving a reply from an agent.
